Noe is an amazing person, my windshield wiper on the drivers side broke this morning and when I went into his store he was such a helpful and knowledgeable person and he replaced my wiper for FREE and he even installed it for me. District Manager (Mark) is a hero! Really appreciate his willingness to help me with my battery exchange after months of trouble. They know their stuff and back their products… even to the point of admitting if I’m having trouble with a DieHard battery and wanting a warranty, I’m being truthful and need help. I’m a customer for life!
I recently came into the advanced auto parts on Highway 50 in Pueblo, Colorado. I talked to the clerk and the store manager. It’s been a while since I’ve replaced some wiper blades. I know things are a lot different nowadays they both came out and assisted me answer some questions very friendly very polite highly recommend the customer Service is above reproach just want to give a shout out to both of them for their help very much appreciated
We stopped in the middle of a road trip after the check engine light came on and they were super helpful and let us borrow some tools to get everything fixed up
Very clean store. Employees were taking all precautions for the Coronavirus. Sam and Matt were very knowledgeable, friendly and concerned about my issues I was having with my RX-8. Thanks guys. I'll be back 🚗✌🙋♀️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
