The cashiers know nothing about cars most of the time. Order online and you’ll pay less… expensive if you walk in.

I would not reccomend this place, I ordered parts online, they said they were an exact match online. i get it in the shop and the back rotors fit but the front rotors were wrong, i called and talked to the manager and he said there is nothing he can do to help me. i asked if i could exchange the rotors and he said i would have to buy a whole new set and he would not take any returns since i ordered them online. Real Crap customer service if you ask me.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this store. The current staff clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing and can’t seem to read their own equipment. They told me my battery was fine and that I needed a new alternator—yet when I took my car to a garage, they found the battery was bad, replaced it, and the car started with no problem. They’ve also sold me the wrong parts on more than one occasion. When I went to return the incorrect items, the manager was rude and argumentative. He even asked which garage I went to and insisted on seeing my wrench in my car before allowing me to return lug nuts. Completely unprofessional. Never going back.

Friendly staff and they helped me install my two batteries I bought for my truck. Prices were maybe a little higher than other places, but they installed it which was nice, as Napa would not do that.

Sam was a tremendous help!!! He helped with testing and replacing our battery. Tested and found the alternator was bad. Suggested a respectable mechanic to replace our alternator. He had a big part with making sure me and my family were able to continue our trip through to Eerie. Great customer service skills. Had all I needed in stock. Thank you Sam!!! God bless
