Just wanted to thank the Fetterman team !! Our 2019 Subaru Legacy was hit from the side, and my son was very upset about his car being damage. But they did such a wonderful job that when we got it back it looked even better than when there was nothing wrong with it. I have been in the car business 30 years and I can say this body shop is one of the best shops I’ve seen. So thank you again and if I need you again, I will look you up 100% and I’ll tell any of my friends also.

My parents took their 2013 Ford Explorer to Fetterman's to get an estimate on deer damage. One of the mechanics there argued with my parents about a scratch that was caused by the deer damage. The scratch is obviously new and right with the dent where the deer hit the back panel of the car (the scratch is either from the deer teeth or hoof). They told my parents that they would have to pay out of pocket for labor and materials, as the insurance would not cover it. My parents reported this to me and I told them that they needed to go to someone else. I have never had a garage argue over damage in all the years that I have had insurance jobs completed. I feel as though Fetterman's is taking advantage of older people / people with little car knowledge, and I will make sure to tell this story
