I had an pleasant experience at the store today. The manager Rafael was very nice and helpful. He knew exactly what i was looking for and saved me a lot of time. He also went extra miles explained to me the details addressing my concern and installed the items i purchased. I like to express my graduate and say a job well done, Rafael!

I gave one star because zero wasn’t an option. Horrible customer service, especially an older guy and a Spanish woman that works there. They probably hate their job and are doing just for the money. They are completely useless, lazy, couldn’t care less about the customers. My whole family stoped going there and after my experience with your store, I’m just done. Please people go to auto zone near the bridge instead, great customer service, all of their employees are amazing, they deserve a 5 star, after your store failed me twice, they’re the ones who came through for me. Dear advanced auto parts, if you want to keep loosing money, keep them around.

The manager Rafael was great! Had a very positive and helpful attitude, was quick to assist for a new battery and a socket set. Would’ve taken me an hour to figure out on my own and I was in and out of the store with all my questions answered in under 10 minutes! Thank you Rafael!

Employee was helpful in finding the right wiper blades for me. She said they can help you put them on if you have trouble.

Incredible service. My battery died on a frigid Tuesday night, and Rafa helped me replace it, which had a ton of corrosion. He showed incredible patience and exceptional client service. The store was well-stocked and very clean. It will be my go-to auto store from now on.
