I purchased a battery I December 2024...had 2 year warranty...unfortunately I lost the receipt..I found a bank statement that showed the transaction date..apparently the associate who sold the battery put my phone number in wrong. So they couldn't pull the transaction by #. Being over 90 days old the search criteria was a difficult procrss..the associate in charge, (Chelle or maybe Shel) was persistent and determined to find the transaction..must have taken almost 45 minutes but her persistent search found the transaction and replaced my battery free..this employee went above and beyond to make this happen...she deserves recognition.

Went today to purchase brake calipers, as these folks were the only ones that had mine in stock. They came with a hefty core charge. Was NOT informed at time of purchase that I needed the original box for the cores. Brought cores back and was turned away, even though I received two boxes that were already in varying levels of disrepair. I threw them out, that’s what y’all would do anyway. On top of that, cashier Priscilla gave me a rash of attitude about the whole situation, saying “well, only one of those boxes was messed up”. Why are you, a low level employee, trying to nitpick me on behalf of a multi-billion dollar corporation??? Utterly shameful. Y’all won’t see another penny of mine.

I normally go to this advance in Randleman myself… Today I was busy an had my wife go by an pick up a part I had already called about. Gave my name an that I was military an wanted the discount he asked my phone number an I gave it to him. He repeated my name, yes that’s me. Ok I’ll have it here for her to pick up….. I can’t remember his name.. My wife shows up an a lady manager volunteers to help my wife….. do you think the belt was waiting????? Nope. Then my wife calls me I guess she is getting the runaround on my military discount…. They have never asked to see my id, on that note I would be glad to show it…..if your wanting the discount best go yourself , it appears your not allowed to send anyone to pick anything up if your wanting your 10 %. I recently went to this store shared with them my problem concerning voltage and charging. I thought they would run a test on the charging system to help me find the problem. But instead they done a code reading..Today I paid $165 town bill because of the alternator was bad.The girl even act like I was troubling her.So I bought alternator from autozone. I want be back.

One of the best parts stores! Love the store manager! She knows her car parts! The rest of the staff is always so helpful! I couldn't ask for a better place for go to knowledge when I need something for my car.
