Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

My experience at Strickland Brothers was the best professional drive-thru experience I have had in a while. The staff were very knowledgeable and professional at the same time. I will definitely be bringing my other cars to Strickland Brothers when they are needing services.

I took my car there first inspection and when I pulled up to the bay I was met by a tech . He was not very service oriented. Not very friendly and he made me feel like he was doing me a favor and I was bothering him. His name was Allen because I asked the manager. I told him he could use some customer service training . The manager was very nice . Will give them a free pass until next time because everyone has a bad day .

There work two guys, if you go for State Inspection, avoid the younger guy. It seems He thinks is inspecting a Star Ship. The first time I went to that garage the older guy was by himself self. That day and I got a very positive impression, he made a very good job. I recommend all my friends and relatives to go that garage, but after today with the poor service of the young guy I got so disappointed that I promised myself not to go thrre anymore. However the other guy is very professional and kind that's why I recommend to reject the young man service. I got a very poor opinion about him.

Drove from High Point to have inspection and oil change at Randleman because my daughter was so pleased with the service there. So nice to stay in the car while Joshua White explained what he was doing. I should be good for another year!

Traveled to this location for a safety inspection. Only one person working garage. One vehicle in the middle bay. I was second in line waiting. Two additional vehicles arrived after i arrived. Attendant spoke to the driver of all 4 vehicles. He approached my vehicle last and I was told i would be required to wait approximately two hours for the safety inspection. I was told the other 3 vehicles were ahead of me. I told the attendant that I arrived second and the other two vehicles arrived after I arrived. I was told I would be required to wait for the other three vehicles to be serviced as an oil change always takes priority to a safety inspection. To be fair, my wife took another vehicle earlier in the same day and had no issues. She was in and out in a short period of time. (As
