Visited the store 08/12/25 at 8;39 inquiring about a battery for my model car which I was told they had in stock. Sales associate determined it would be an easy replacement for he replaced the battery gladly and fairly quick. Thank you Advance for having knowledgeable associates that know their vehicles. I would recommend this store for your car needs.

I stopped in Saturday because the coolant light came on in my vehicle. I was assisted by two very kind, professional and helpful employees.

I don’t recommend coming to this store. I went in to buy some brake cleaner and was rudely ignored by some of the staff to check out. I patiently waited for them since it looked like they were doing something or helping another and usually I try to wait to be called up. Then two other people just walked in went straight up to the counter and the two guys behind gladly stopped what they were doing and helped them. Luckily another staff member saw this and called me to be checked out and I thank him for being polite. Please go somewhere else if you want to be treated fairly by all staff.

Great service and friendly staff. Tony has always been very helpful every time I go in.

What can I say, they had what I needed in the help section. The employee was quick to help and found the solution just as quickly.
