Called over the phone at 8:30 pm asking about a battery for my car which I was told was in stock for my model car and I was told that their would be somebody to change the battery. When I arrived 5 minutes later I was told nobody would be available to change the battery. Drove over to Advance which is literally two stores over and they gladly sold and changed the battery before closing.

Today my car wouldn’t start and Jessica was the most helpful employee. It was raining outside and she walked over with me to CVS to see if my battery needed changing . I am so thankful for Jessica today . I was alone and her friendly face and most excellent customer service made me feel safe. I can’t say enough of someone who would go out of there to help . I was in the Redsprings, NC location. I had lost my receipt for item I purchase, Jessica and Arleen, were the best! They went beyond the call of duty to help me with my returns and got the part i needed. They didn't have to do what they did. It was the best experiance with Auto Zone ever. Redsprings, NC Auto Zone has 2 of the best employees (Jessica and Arleen), ever, they need a raise. Wonderful experience. Shout to JESSICA AND ARLEEN. HAVE A GREAT DAY GIRLS!!!!!!
