The service was great. However, my experience if the clerks would do the full research I would not have had to return items 3x. This was an inconvenience becasue I still was not able to purchase what I needed.

Its an advanced auto. But I will say got an alternator and it's was defective. The return process was completely too complicated. They needed to see a receipt for a item I didn't even purchase from advanced 😂

I was looking for a special lubricant for my BMW convertible, gummi pflege. They hadn’t heard of it but several guys made an effort to find something comparable. While I didn’t buy anything, they were friendly & helpful. I’ll certainly return.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The young lady came out to my truck and showed me the correct place to put in the transmission fluid I bought. Although $8 a quart is alot for transmission fluid but I guess that's the going price. Not really sure.would stop there again if needed.
