Advance Auto Parts

Let me start by saying that the service, patience, and professionalism of this store was superb. I've been to other Advances around the area even the nation, but this ine stood out. The manager Lawrence, is who I would want in my store as one. Joseph checked me and is gonna be great within the industry, keep him around. Ryo was a very organized and informative. Most people dont pay attention to the details but I do. Will definitely return, set as a favorite store to visit.

I was literally having a terrible day. It was raining, battery died 2 hours from home, had to find someone in the rain to jump my car. Anyways, I went to this advanced auto parts and Ree’al was the person who helped me. My battery was corroded to all hell. He was so kind and diligent. He worked with me to get it fixed and get a new battery in. His customer service and help literally made my day so much better. He made it so I got where I needed to go. Thank you so much Ree’al.

Laurence was a solid dude. Came in with brake light issue that tried everything to fix , got ticket from Clayton Co , thought i needed a brake light switch and he stepped outside , troubleshooted all bulbs and got me right .the other Advance on Riverdale Rd had systems issues so they was closed .
