Ordered a part, was told it was going to be there at a certain timego to pick it up and it hadn’t even been picked up for drop off, instead of informing me prior to pick up time I show up on time to find this out. Petty maybe but the lack of consideration is notable.

Like this store because it’s not too busy and the people wait on you faster , not just ignoring you like other stores in town. Big Guy that works on Wednesdays is very helpful. Need more knowledgable people to work at these stores not just to look at computer screen.

Me and my dad went to return an alternator that was not good in a car and they didn’t want to take it back so that we can get our money back. My dad does not trust Advance Auto because of this. He had took the car somewhere else and they tested the alternator and it was bad. Got a second alternator and it tested bad in the car as well. We think that Advance charges too much for a remanufactured alternator because we went to an online only auto store and got a brand new one for cheaper. We haven’t had any problems with the online auto store.

I have had a great time there the one that on innes Street in Long Street and their I a manager there that have really go out to help you she is really great show I. No the people are really happy and one because she is a great help.

The people are very helpful and friendly and they went above and beyond to help me get my car started
