I’m completely disappointed to have a store like this in our Royal Palm Beach community. I bought a battery for my car that was only installed for a few seconds. We realized the starting problem was something else and went to return it. They would not accept a return nor were they willing to negotiate. It is ridiculous to see the lack of humanity with their customers. In the end it was the starter motor that my mechanic had to buy somewhere else. Now the new battery (with 5 seconds of use) that we don’t need we will have to try to sell in a marketplace.

Gary really went out of his way to help me yesterday. Without him I would have been stuck with the wrong parts. Casey and the other guys who work there are also very helpful and I see them so much I consider them good friends. This is what's missing in alot of the other stores. Appreciate the team here. Thank you.
