I needed a new battery today. Arrived at the location and was assisted by Bobby. He was very knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and kind. I don't see good service and demeanor that frequently in the larger chain stores, but this was a great experience. Thanks Bobby, if you're seeing this!

Had something wrong with my suv. Brought it here. The experience staff took a look and found the problem immediately. Got me the part and even let me use some tools. Great customer service 👏 much appreciated.

I went to in to get my battery tested and was immediately greeted by Bobby. He was friendly, professional and so helpful. He immediately took me outside to test the battery and showed me the results and gave me some options. Once I had the information I needed to make a decision, Bobby installed the new battery for me and took my old one to do whatever they do with old batteries. This process was so quick and painless. I highly recommend Advanced Auto Parts and I personally would like to thank Bobby, a true professional.
