Everytime I go here customer service has been great. After a disappointing experience at O"Reillys I went there today. Rob helped me to replace my car wipers. I told him I wanted to learn so I could do it on my other vehicle. He was funny nice patient encouraging and knowledgeable.

I had the best experience at advanced auto in south Broadway Salem nh I'm so glad I was miss treated at different auto parts stores and there employees brushed me off and didn't know anything about cars they all looked like they was there for a pay check I took my business to advance auto Freddy was fast friendly and very knowledgeable he gave me tips and tricks and explained Alot to me that I didn't even know I will be recommending advance auto to everyone I know and tell them my experience thank you advance for being amazing and for hiring employees who take there time to help customers and not brush them off so they can go back to doing nothing but talk to there co workers

Staff was super helpful in finding my wipers and installing them. A couple of months later I knocked one off and the staff came out and helped me put it back on.

My daughter’s car battery was giving her trouble on a Friday evening. I live in Pennsylvania, so I couldn’t help her. I looked up Advance Auto near her. She went there and they were very helpful and changed her battery.

Good experience. Greeted but not hassled, as it should be. Last item on the shelf was an open box, and they offered a discount and showed me the warranty still applied.
