The store is great and employees are helpful. HOWEVER My rating is in regards to the distribution center! This is the 3rd time ordering a cooling fan only for it to arrive at the store for pickup broken! Highly dissatisfied with the distribution center! Now I have to wait a 4th time and hope that one doesn't come in broken aswell!

The business itself is a great place and generally has what I need when I need it. The help however is a different story. This was my third visit here this week alone. All three times it seems that no one was interested in being helpful at all. Each time the employees (3 visits, 3 different employees) acted as if I was being an inconvenience by asking for help. In fact during my last visit, this guy (Shan) had zero interest in helping at all. Definitely had an apparent attitude at the fact he was even there. This time I had to return an item in an obviously unopened box. He proceeds to open the box and rummage through as if trying to find a reason to not return it then huffs and puffs as he pulls the money from the register? Makes no sense as to why one would work in the customer service b

Preston at the south salisbury store was excellent. He put my battery in for me. It was a tough one to do but he taught me how to do it. He was amazing.

Worse service & attitude I’ve experienced in any Auto parts store ever. Called was on hold for over 5 min driving there. When I arrived NO CUSTOMERS!One guy was communicating on Bluetooth I assume with a customer. One guy sitting on his cell never even look at us. The third guy made us feel like we were bothering him. Dismissive attitudes. Never again in that store. Auto zone for life. I had called 2hrs prior they said they had departed I needed I asked them. Could they hold until I got there? They said yes when I got there, they weren’t in stock. I said I just spoke with someone they got my phone number. My name said they would hold the parts until I got there at 5 o’clock. Got there at 4:15. Nobody knew what I was talking about and that was the right Store Salisbury Blvd., South.never ag

Never have enough help, slow, place smells and is dusty. There's plenty of Autozones in the area that will do what they do better in less time.
