I had a mishap with my wipers and I stopped in to get a new set as I could not see the young lady I believe her name was Kate was so helpful and welcoming she brought a little sunshine into a miserable start of my day very professional and helpful

I came in right as the store was closing and knew exactly what I needed a simple can of paint. The guys let me in to purchase it and treated me in the most courteous and respectful way just as if they had just opened the doors. It's little tiny inconveniences like this that really bring out the true character of employees in a store. The guys at this store are absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend to stop to anyone just try and get there before closing!😆

The absolute worst place to get any help returning parts. They refused to exchange the parts for the cash they were purchased with so I had to go to the natrona heights store to have the district manager assist me. They also refuse to exchange parts under warranty by their manufacturer. O'Reilly is getting all my business due to this businesses lack of doing business
