Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. I felt like they took their time going through the whole 18 point check to make sure everything was good. I was excited to get the "gluten free oil" change!
More than one associate took the time to evaluate the problem with my Jeep and suggest the appropriate fix. I don't know a lot about cars so I appreciated their honest advice on how to resolve the issue - and QUICKLY!! Car is running perfectly now! Thanks so much!
The guys at the Sarver Valvoline were extremely friendly and efficient. They advised what services might be needed without a high pressure sales tactic. The change was quick and I was out the door within 10-15 minutes. I have four cars and I take them all to this store.
Planned my day around a 8 am oil change . Get there at 8:10 and literally 1 person had shown up for work . Was told I was welcome to wait but could take about an hour for someone else to show up .
Everyone at this location is friendly and knowledgeable. Pricey but good service overall.
