Came in asking for assistance and was met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior. The first employee seemed irritated to help and handed me off to another employee who was equally unhelpful. I expected better customer service.
Good place. Easy to find what your looking for. Always has online promotions going, it seems.
They are so professional and friendly and will be my first pick when it comes to any auto parts services period. Hard to top! Thanks y'all.
I stopped at Advanced Auto parts in the middle of a road trip. I wasn't sure about my battery's health and I wanted it checked out. DJ was very helpful! He went to extra trouble to check the battery's cold cranking amps. When they measured low, he installed a new battery and sent us on our way. I was impressed with the quality of service. I highly recommend this store for automotive needs.
Worker here wasn't eager to help. Fairly rude, wouldn't even do a print out of engine code for my fleet vehicle. Like it would kill him to print out a 10 cent piece of paper I needed for documentation for work. Then stated its a $10,000 fine to clear engine code it's against the law blah blah blah. Seemed like he could really care less about the situation
