Empree was amazing. I had a battery that needed to be installed and he was so helpful and kind. My husband is out of town and Empree was my angel today. I’ll definitely be coming back here.

Sheron was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond Exchanging my battery out. I was honestly a bit frustrated as I just bought it five months ago and she completely calm my spirits and made everything OK. It was really refreshing to have kind and courteous customer service! Please let her know she’s doing an amazing job!

I go to the East Kings Hwy location in Shreveport anytime I need something for my car (ie: headlights; Car Battery; accessories). Oliver and Garrett are both absolutely wonderful! They are both very knowledgeable about the products and offer explanations of what the best one is and why, in a professional and easy to understand way (for a ‘non-auto type’ like me). Both of them have helped me numerous times with battery and headlight installations with ‘happy to help’ attitudes (which is not so common at other places I have been 😞🙁). Great job, guys!! Thank you for helping a lady in need and not making me feel like I am bothering you. 😁
