I went there twice. Awesome 2 employees were very helpful to order for my old car parts, power steering pump, serpentine belt and transmission fluid for me. And easy and quickly to return.

The store had three employees and no customers and all three refused to check my car battery due to it snowing. Why have the store open today if the employees are going to refuse service just because it's cold outside? Absolutely lazy, went somewhere else down the street and they tested and replaced my battery no problem. Rude employees.

I had the pleasure of visiting this location today, and I was blown away by the exceptional service I received! The Hispanic lady was absolutely wonderful - she was super helpful, patient, and took her time to ensure I found exactly what I needed. When I mentioned I was struggling to install the windshield wipers, she even took the initiative to go outside with me in the rain to help me get them fitted perfectly on my car. Her kindness, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made my day. Please extend my gratitude to this amazing team member - she's a shining star! Five stars isn't enough; I'd give her ten stars if I could! 🙏🚗💫

They broke my windshield. I came up on to get my windshield wipers changed on july 8th & left right after to my home that is 2 minutes down the road. When I went back out about an hour later I noticed that my windshield was cracked & it was from the employee letting the wiper hit the glass. I went back up there and they told me to call corporate, I did and that lead me me to their store owner Dennis R. who then led me to the store manager Donald J. telling me their employee said he didn't do it. The store owner (Dennis) has been dodging my calls & the store manager (Donald Jordan) was so rude and was laughing in my face about the situation The crack couldn't have happened any other way & I don't think it's fair that a billion dollar company is trying to make a 20 year old girl come out of

I stood there waiting to be helped and the man at the counter literally decided to help the person that walked up behind me before helping me!!! Im DISGUSTED!
