The lady named Juliet or Julianne (im so sorry i forgot the name exactly) is a blessing. She helped me with my oil pan that i had to dump and made my life so easy. Very sweet lady who even offered to help me clean up a mess in my truck bed. If you want amazing customer service, please come here to this location!

I have to say, the customer service at this location was absolutely terrible. I walked in to pick up my online order, and as I entered, an employee casually walked past me to go outside. There was a young man behind the counter, and since no one else was in the store, I thought this would be quick. I stood right in front of him at the counter, and not once did he greet me, say "Welcome," or even acknowledge my presence. After standing there for a solid minute, I finally asked, "Are you open sir?” He barely looked up and said, "Yeah, give me a minute." Well, that "minute" consisted of him searching for his charger and plugging in his phone. He stared at it for a few moments before finally deciding to help me. I told him I was there for an online pickup, for some reason, he couldn’t find my

Installed breakpads form here and they squeaking like a animal being strangled called put on hold everytime. Came in the store trying to be calm while speaking with the cashier and explaining my issue he said he cant help and manager left for the day and shift lead on break and keep saying he's not the one made the party. I had to wait for the shift lead to return for about 30mins. This location will never get my business again.

What a shameful customer service. Dexter the worst person to deal with and on top the manager Emilio. I went to return a purchase and bump into the most arrogant person who yelled and cursed me. Never buying again from any of their store. Also contacted customer service and took forever and issue never resolved.
