Jeff and Fran were fabulous today at Solon Advance Auto Parts! I needed a new vehicle battery today. My car is an older vehicle and my battery required a jump after I left my interior light on while at work yesterday. This morning my vehicle wouldn’t start and the gentleman whom restarted my battery the day prior said my battery looked old and may need a new one soon. When Fran took out the old battery it opened a Pandora’s box of shenanigans! Jeff and Fran were great at piecing together what was needed to have the new battery installed safely and correctly. Fran and Jeff were a pleasure to talk to. Fran was able to start the process and Jeff was able to manipulate some things based off his experience and expertise. Jeff went above and beyond to help us out. Our battery died around the corner in white out snow, and he drove us over there with a jump box to get us going on our way. Definitely will be stopping in to get our own jump box for next time, but incredibly grateful for the generosity they showed us.

The Customer service was phenomenal! I went in to get my headlight bulb replaced. Fran and Jeff went above and beyond to get me the right bulbs and went out of their way to replace them. And the way my headlights have to replaced is very inconvenient and time consuming!! But they insisted on trying to do it anyways! For that I’m beyond grateful and appreciative. Thanks So Much Fran and Jeff!! Don’t hesitate to go here you don’t get customer service like that anymore these days!! Thank you so much

Employees were extremely helpful & respectful. I purchased windshield wipers & they installed them for me., Even in the terrible winter blizzard storm! Highly recommend this place!

Shoutout to Justin and Jamaal. During the worse snowfall I had a windshield wiper break. And although it was below zero, these guys went out and replaced it for me. I will always come back to see them!! Thanks again
