Finish Line Car Wash

I’m very disappointed in the wash I paid 20.00 bucks for . I realize the car was pretty bad with salt but for 20 bucks I thought they would have gotten most of it off. I was given a free wash ( lol ) for the 20 ,so I’m going back and see if the free is better. If not they have lost my business. Been going there for years , sad when businesses cheapens their service.

I am canceling my membership here. The car wash system broke the valve on my front tire, and my tire flattened. And they refused to take any responsibility. Furthermore, the shameless owner prevented the tow truck from closing the driveway. I was forced to drive my car with a flat tire. It's a terrible place with no customer satisfaction, they just leave their customers stranded.

My wife and I have been members here for over 5 years. The staff has always been very friendly. Unfortunately, debris or a rock from a vehicle or the ground in front kicked up and cracked my windshield going through the car wash on Wednesday. The owner was present so I brought it to his attention and he denied that the car wash could ever do that and that he could look at the cameras to verify. I waited, he said he could not get the cameras working and would call me later that day. I gave him my cell phone, they also have my cell phone # in their database as I am a member. No calls were received. I arrived today to talk to someone. My car ID tag would not work and the staff member informed me that he did try calling me four times that day. Great service! I live near Cleveland and my car was COVERED in the aftermath of this year’s midges. Turns out it didn’t come off that easily and two people spent about 10 minutes power washing and scrubbing to loosen it up before the wash so it would come out clean. Very impressive!

Finish Line Car Wash has a very friendly staff, and they are always fast and efficient.
