Had a great experience today shopping for parts for my silverado. The sales associates name was Jimmy. Very helpful with information and helping me find the specific part I was looking for, I appreciate the extra time to help me out!

There was no attempt to engage or genuinely offer assistance—just a quick, uninterested question that left me feeling like my presence was a bother. I then asked about a specific item, only to be told they didn’t carry it. However, minutes later, my brother found exactly what I had been looking for on the shelf, contradicting what Ethan had just told me. This experience left me questioning the service standards here. God is good. Tonight after work I was filling my coolant, when my radiator cap fell back into a super difficult spot. I came here looking for a replacement, but when they didn't have one, one of the workers came out and managed to fish the cap out for me!
