These people are really great! Went up for the Festival downtown and had a car emergency. If it where not for an amazing employee going the extra mile to help us we wouldn't have made it home. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your knowledge and kindness beyond the call of duty!!

After noticing a weaker ignition startup on my truck, I went to the Advance Auto in Spruce Pine where I purchased battery to have it tested. Jonathan performed a diagnostic not only on the Die Hard Gold Series Battery but also my alternator. It was discovered the battery was below par. Jonathan offered a free replacement, removal of the old core and installment of a new battery of the same make and brand which I gladly agreed upon. It's very hard to find businesses that offer this kind of service. Well they got a lifelong customer with me!

Kevin was a huge help for me today. My battery in the Kia had a bad cell. I managed to get the car to Autozone, but they couldn't replace under warranty since the battery was an Advance product. The young man at Autozone called Kevin about the situation and he came right over and did a swap for me under warranty. I couldn't ask for better customer service from either place. Thanks much again.
