10/10 recommend this store the store manager Rudy changed my car battery today he was very observant told me automatically what was wrong with my battery and changed it fast you can tell he’s a very nice person he assured me he’s been working on cars since a kid so I felt very comfortable letting him work on my car no complaints and my car is running awesome. Thank you I had a great experience.

Went for a battery warranty issue today and was helped by Sal. This was the 2nd time he assisted me. He goes above and beyond and was extremely helpful getting me back up and running. Nice to see someone who cares about his job and is willing to go the extra mile to assist. Thank you Sal

I recently visited Advance Auto Parts for an issue with my car battery, which I originally purchased from them and was still under warranty. I want to give a huge shout-out to Russell and G for their outstanding customer service. Russell went above and beyond trying to locate my order and find a solution, and G did a great job getting my battery changed quickly and professionally. They were both patient, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t perfect. While Russell stepped away to check something for me, another employee named Sal (The guy with a beanie) came over, and his attitude was the complete opposite. I had a great experience at Advance Auto today thanks to Sal Randazzo.He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions, and helped me get the exact parts I needed without wasting time or money. I purchased a starter in another store and paid for a $45 core charge. When I finally decided to bring in the old one the young balding kid at the counter and a hispanic man seemed very dismissive and told me that the unit was already returned and they just didn't seem like they wanted to be bothered so they could not process it I ended up calling up corporate and they're telling me that the unit does not show returned on their end and they don't know why they would do this. Currently on my way to another auto store it's no surprise they areclosing 500 locations. Hopefully this one is next
