Advance Auto Parts

I came to Advance Auto Parts today and had the privilege of working with Hope! After searching for a battery at two different auto stores, Hope was eager to help and solve my issue. She also installed my battery after being told no by the other two places I visited. Hope was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I left the store feeling satisfied. She definitely saved the day, and I thank her for all her efforts.

Great service. Windshill wipers went out in the snow and a nice young man came out and replaced them for in the bitter cold.

I drove in just to get my battery checked. They plugged in the detection kit (to test the battery, alternator and starter). They sent a teenager for the test. She ran a diagnostic and suddenly smoke came out of the engine area while it was still plugged in, and next thing i know the car won't start. We had to call the mechanic, he wasn't sure and finally we had to tow the vehicle to a repair center. The car was found to have a blown starter. We ended up paying 450 for replacing the starter and for towing. The sad part is that the car was running perfectly and we just came in to test the battery's condition. I know that accidents do happen and can happen but this Advance Auto Parts didn't help us with anything. They didn't share any of the responsibility of the damages and didn't offer any

I had an issue with my oil cover underneath my car to where it was making a loud noise, and I pulled over into advanced auto parts. Without any hesitation, miss Hope came out and helped me immediately. I was able to solve the issue in no time at all! Thank you so so much
