first time ever meeting these people but Ron on the phone and Jackson and Steve made this the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto parts store. Even the inside is well organised and very clean. Even though this is farther away than any nearby locations near my house this will forever be where I will spend my money for parts. You buy brake pads they tell you lifetime warranty but when you come in exchange it #Warranty they need a phone number order receipt so after so many years the receipt faded and they delete a number after 10 years I guess before so they make you buy a new one bad management They need to find a better solution. The brake pad is used they what do they need the receipt for just exchange it and we will get to go.
