My experience at Advance Auto Parts in Thibodaux is always delightful. Ms Clarissa is always willing and ready to help. All of my questions were answered. The courtesy and customer service was exceptional and welcoming
The 2 workers, Clarissa and Zack, were handling lots of customers and were communicating very well with all. This included testing batteries and alternators while several others were going in and out. People were patient because how courteous both were to us. That’s how you handle a rush.
Clarissa was awesome! Took time and helped me with all my car needs. Thankful for her.
