Placed an online 'pick-up' order for a 12v battery for my EV that included free install. Arrived 30 minutes later and had almost no wait to have it installed. A lot of people seemed to be getting new batteries, too. Very happy with the quick service.

Everytime I come into this store everyone is so pleasant and helpful; from Stanley installing my car battery last night and the manager and everyone inside. I can not say enough great and positive things about this location!

Great place for diy people, great prices especially their oil change packages, somewhat knowledgeable staff but I would recommend doing some research on what you want before going there, or take a mechanic with you

I came into the Ridgely location with my car battery in hand. I set the battery down on the counter and asked the gentleman behind the counter, C, if he could test it for me. After testing it and finding out that the battery was fine, C started asking the perfect questions. He took the time to really understand what was going on with my car and give me advice. I had my debit card out, ready to buy a brand new starter based on his advice. It was then that C asked how close I live. “Maybe a mile away” I answer. He told me to hang on, go home, and just tap on the starter a few times, then try ti start it up. Sounds silly to me, but it absolutely worked. My 23 year old Lexus started right up. C took the time to listen, understand, and troubleshoot with me so that I did not have to spend $300 f
