Avoid if you can and shop at any nearby competitor. They sold me a defective part and then told me over the phone they would replace it. When I got there, the employee changed his mind due to the size of the part and would only then sell me a more expensive part to fix the defective part. According to their customer service, the only way to get the promised refund for the defective part they sold was to call and battle it out with the employees. Save yourself the headache and avoid by going to a place that either won't sell defective parts, or will honour their own refund policy.

Better than it used to be, where the counter people were so inept that they'd argue with me that they needed to know what engine I had in order to pull a suspension part like a stabilizer pin. These guys are helpful, quick, and usually in a pretty good mood, even when they're busy. Do yourself a favor, create an online account and pre-order things before you go in. You'll save a lot of money that way with promotions you can only get online. Do that, you're getting whatever you're buying for far less than their competitors. Otherwise, you'll run into industry price-setting.
