Advance Auto Parts

This is THE BEST advance autoparts I have been in, in the entire metro Atlanta. They have a young and vibrant staff, super super friendly, greet you with a smile, listen actively, run diagnostics with a smile and even write down results on a paper. I stopped here twice, with check engine lights that needed to be diagnosed. First time Joe helped me, and Samuel helped the second time. Very very nice young brothers. They deserve some kind of incentive or bonus or even raise from their boss. Thank you, and keep it up gentlemen!

I’m extremely frustrated with this location. I placed an order expecting it to be ready, only to pull up and find out they didn’t even have the part. No communication, no update — just disorganization. On top of that, the A/C in the store doesn’t work, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and distracted. I wasted time, gas, and energy, all for nothing. If you can’t fulfill online orders or properly update customers, don’t offer the service. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with this at Advance, but it might be the last. Do better.
