Awesome service from these guys. Had a battery which was discontinued but still under warranty. I hoped they’d give me a discount on the next level up for the battery my car needed but instead they swapped out the old one for free, giving me a better battery in the process. Amazing to find a place willing to do that nowadays. Thanks a ton to Nelly and Matt for great customer service!

Michelle, the manager at AutoZone, was incredibly helpful. Our 2019 Subaru Forester wiper blades were difficult to match because they aren’t the standard J-hook type, but she took the time to find the correct ones and helped us get it done. Excellent customer service!

Picked up brake pads. They the one broke two days 3 days later. Rude workers when I took them back. Then I needed all parts to return. When I got back they then said they don't have anymore. Come back. Asked if other store has them. They said the stores are not linked. I know that's not true as the one in Delaware before has told me they have other part when they where sold out. Plus not happy I did not have my receipt. But they looked up and everything was on there register computer. Why do they take you name phone # can look it up to know everything. I dont know if I will get new pads or not. Have to go back again for that. Got pads from other place.

I needed a battery changed in my vehicle and due to be disabled, wasn’t able to do it myself. Matt went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best deal on a battery and have it installed in no time. Thank you very much Matt!

I want to send a special thank you to Matt who worked on Friday, May, 30th. He went above and beyond to help me.My windshield had a huge bulls eye crack. I was unable to get a company with an appointment. His suggestion of super glue and packing tape enabled me to get home safely.
