I recently took my 2022 F-150 Lightning to Badell’s, and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Finding an EV-certified shop is not easy, and unlike Caliber Collision—who isn’t EV certified—Badell’s had the proper training, tools, and knowledge to handle my Lightning the right way. They got me into a rental immediately, the entire process was smooth, and the pricing was surprisingly affordable. Had a great experience at Badell’s. My car was damaged by a deer and they were able to fix it right up! I received updates on every processed my car was at and they finished earlier than the anticipated finish date. Badell’s Collision repaired my 2025 Honda Pilot after I unfortunately hit a deer on 452 in Aston on 10.28.25. I had just switched from Nationwide to Allstate on 10.23.25, and of course this accident would happen so soon after switching that Allstate made me give a recorded statement that I had no gaps in coverage, etc., but anyway, this shop is in the Good Hands network so it was an incredibly smooth process. Badell’s arranged for a tow since my driver’s door wasn’t fully opening. Then from there they kept me informed every step of the way with emailed updates. Chance at the office was super nice. From beginning to the end of Service they were 100% professional, kept me informed about the repairs and kept everything efficient. My vehicle was finished ahead of time. They also touched up some areas that I didn't notice until l looked my vehicle over later and they were not part of the repairs. They had the rental ready when I showed up for repairs. I am very pleased, I would recommend them to anyone who wants perfection at it's best.
