They've had some staff changes over the years but the employees are usually friendly and helpful whether looking for a part or picking up an online order. Hard to beat the discounts for ordering online and picking up at the store.
We had excellent service. The young man installed our windshield wipers very easily and he was also very nice. We purchased our wipers and had them installed in less than 10 minutes. It rained that day, so we were very happy that we had nice shiny new wipers to use.
The lady on the phone this morning was very very nice!!!!! And anytime I go in I have no issues
A huge thank you to this location, the only place near Lima that has sway bar bushings for my old Toyota truck
Carla has moved on and this store is in chaos. Ordered parts on the 15th of September.My husband's only means of transportation broke down.He was told two days for delivery. Two days turned into two weeks.The new manager is apathetic,barely capable of showing any enthusiasm for his position or responsibility. He gave US the order and shipping information so he didn't have to exert himself.There is a very aggressive woman working there who,it seems,deliberately ordered only one part.My husband lost two weeks of pay and only kept his position because he is that good.I just ordered the missing piece off of Rock Auto,as I will do in the future.After eight years of being a loyal customer,elite member status,I would rather not enter this establishment ever again....update,the part we waited so l
