I arrived at Autozone 1/18/26 at 7:56PM (store hours 9:00AM-8:00PM) to swap out a battery for my wife's car. The doors were locked and the employees were half hiding behind the counter and parts rack. They clearly saw me. I had the battery needing replaced with me and could've had the transaction complete in two minutes. Lack of work ethic is unfortunately running rampant in today's society. I ordered a battery online and picked it up at Advance Auto Monday morning. Their doors were open at 7:25AM (store hours 7:30AM-8:00PM).
James Richardson was extremely helpful. He is knowledgeable and kind. I'll definitely come back to this location.
I bought new low beams for my car last night, and the employees were so helpful! One man put them in for me. It took him a long time because the old bulb had fallen through the car, and he took 20 minutes in the freezing weather to make sure he did the job right. This place is absolutely amazing! They deserve way more than 5 stars. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 throughly impressed

Store is ALWAYS well kept and clean. All staff are friendly and helpful. Store is always well stocked. The manager is polite helpful and polite. I drive out of my way to come to this particular auto zone location due to amazing service
