I had an amazing experience at this Advance Auto Parts thanks to the incredibly attentive and caring staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt listened to and genuinely helped. The way Travis helped me today was unreal it truly felt like he was sent from heaven. He was so kind, patient, understanding, and overall incredibly helpful during a moment when I really needed it. Linda was also so sweet and kind, and she went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of as well. Their professionalism and compassion made a stressful situation so much easier. I came in having a really awful day, and thanks to Travis and Linda, I left feeling so much better. They completely turned my day around, and that kind of service means more than words can say. I’ve been coming here for years, but unfortunately I won’t be returning. The last few times I have come in, there always seems to be new management. Not always a good sign and now I know why. I came in to get headlight bulbs, when checking out I was assisted by the manager. She said she was going to include a year warranty for free, she said that these had a warranty of only six months. I looked on the box and it said that the lights came with a two-year warranty. She said she was going to include the year warranty anyway for free, I did not ask for this. I did the math before I came in and I should have been around $167 before military discount, it ended up being $172. I asked her about the military discount and she said the discount she gave me was greater than the military discount and

My husband went to the store to get windshield wipers for my car. Sam helped him get the correct wipers and installed them in a quick minute. She was very helpful. Store #8500

I went into their store today and was met immediately by Sami asking if she could help me. I was looking for batteries for garage remotes. She took the remote and had it open before I could say anything. She had a handy little tool I would like to have, that opened the remote. She actually offered to put the new batteries In the remote. There was also a gentleman there that invited my dog in the store. Such a nice atmosphere and the service was fantastic. Thanks Sami for all your help.
