Auto Doc

I'm an OTR Expedite Truck Driver. I was on the Bluegrass Parkway on my way to pick up a load in Georgetown, KY when my water pump seized up and broke the serpentine belt. I Googled, looking for a Garage and found Auto Doc just 3 miles away. I drove to their garage and after explaining what happened, they were kind enough to bump me up ahead of 2 vehicles waiting for work to repair my truck. They were extremely friendly and helpful to a stranger during a stressful time. I will definitely return here if I need repairs while in the area. I definitely recommend this place. They are upfront and honest in their customers. There is nothing shade tree about this small garage. Thank you for your kindness to an old woman stressed out by an unexpected breakdown.

After loading up my children and dog for a long Thanksgiving road trip, my car alerts me that one tire has low pressure. Sure enough there’s a screw in my tire - probably picked up from the gas station. Now with a full car load, a long trip, and rambunctious little ones I need to find a tire repair quick. AUTO DOCS to the rescue! In 10 minute my tire was fixed, my kids and dog didn’t even need to get out of the vehicle and we were taken care of by the nicest people! I am extremely grateful for their quick and excellent service. I cannot thank AUTO DOCS enough for saving our holiday! We will definitely be using them again for any future vehicle needs.

Needed to have my tire plugged. I was in and out very quickly. Super friendly people. Very affordable. 10/10 would visit again.

Very friendly staff. Had a minor tire repair and was in/out in minutes. Will definitely be back (hope not anytime soon).

Jim is an amazing mechanic. He runs the shop in a professional manner with friendly staff. I've used Auto Doc for 25 years and won't allow anyone else to touch my car!
