Wow! incompetence, at its worst, needed a battery! the guy working the counter provides zero value and couldn’t answer any questions, then refused to look at my car bc it was wet outside. NOT raining…. Wet LOL. Went down the street to Auto zone and got impeccable treatment! And a much better price.

The EXTREMELY helpful woman (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) helped me with my order and when her location didn’t have what I needed, made sure I was able to get it at the Neptune store. Thank you so much!

Only had one of two agm batteries I needed in stock and wouldn’t let me order the out of stock one over the phone so I could pick up both at the same time. Went to another Advance Auto Parts where they had both in stock.

Stopped in for a new set of windshield wipers. Marcus was beyond helpful, showing me which ones I needed, suggested which of the options were best, and even gave me a lesson on how to remove the old ones and put on the new ones!!

Purchased a new battery. They had what I wanted in stock, and were able to install it immediately and without issue. very satisfied. I very much enjoyed speaking with the STORE manager and the sales associates who assisted me.
