yes. I've always believed that the truth measure of a business is in it's employees. this place has never steered me incorrectly. They're a basic auto parts store, similar to Auto Zone. I was able to find what I was looking for with ease. I was looking for sealant for glass. Great value for the money! Extremely friendly atmosphere. they lay off, unless you reach out to them first. I will continue to go here. it's clean, they remember my vehicle, and my name. There's a gentleman that works there each time I go in and he's been extremely helpful and informative. My overall impression of my visit is that it wasn't my first, and won't be my last. 10/10 recommended.

I got a starter from the Newark store and there was a manufacturer's defect and I broke down and the nearest Advanced was Waterloo. I called them up they brought a brand new starter to me all I had to give them was the receipt for the old starter and the starter that broke and they came right to me wouldn't even accept gas money these guys are great definitely give them 10 Stars if I could thanks guys!

I would give a thousand stars if that's possible (not an exaggeration). Camping in Cayuga with kids and more family members, our battery was not charging enough to restart the vehicle despite jump starting it. We tried an other auto repair shop who didn't even pick up the call on a Friday but we fortunately found the Advanced Auto Parts on our way. We just thought we would try our luck and then Chris came out to help. He checked the alternator and the battery and they were working fine. He could have stopped right there and said go to a mechanic shop for further testing but he went out of the way and got a cart to check the terminals that connect with the battery. Finally that was the problem and he fixed it all and also gave a suggestions on how to avoid this problem in the future. We rea

I would recommend this location if you need to stop at an Advance Auto Parts. Immediately upon walking in the establishment I was greeted by an Associate and asked if I needed any assistance. The Associate was not overwhelming in the attempt to help. I let him know that I would find him for any questions. I was at the store looking for wipers for my wife's vehicle on an urgent basis. After I located the wipers the Associate confirmed they were correct and answered my questions regarding the different brands and quality levels. This location has fantastic customer service. The Associate's name is Anthony R. Please let his Supervisor know of this great experience I had.
