Great service. After another company failed to have a car battery in stock, after confirming by email that my battery was ready.... Advance Auto came through in clutch. The employees were knowledgeable and recognized that I needed a build specific battery. (Japan vs Mexico build). Even with it being extremely cold, the employee who helped me installed my battery quickly and efficiently. (William is his name, I believe) Please note, have your car prepped. I.e. free of corrosion, battery easily accessible, etc. Thankfully, my battery met all criteria for installation. Thanks to the staff!

The guy on the counter helped me looking for the part , even when the part number was not 100% visible on the part to be replaced ,he found the best option,and it worked 👍..

Came in for a few parts and some overall car cleaning stuff. Paul was very knowlegable. Gave advice without being pushy on sales. The manager Rene was very helpful appreciative of me as a cuatomer. Can't wait to come back for my next automotive needs! Prices were competative and fair! 10/10 Will be back!

I came in with a busted radiator hose leaking coolant. Jo Anne helped me navigate through my problem even though they didn’t have the correct part. 5 star review for Jo Anne. She was awesome!! I got it fixed in the parking lot. Let me use some tools and gave me some laughs. Definitely need more people on the planet like her.

Rene was fantastic, kind, knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of! Would recommend this store anytime.
