This body shop was phenomenal, I was kept updated via texts almost daily, everyone I worked with was professional and informative. The turn over time from drop off to pick up exceeded my expectations. Quality of the repair was excellent, my car was previously owned when I purchased it and after picking it up from this Caliber it was in better condition than when I originally bought it. I would highly recommend this shop and this location to anyone in need of body work / repairs. Their craftsmanship and professionalism was off the charts. Taking my car here was the best choice for repair, customer service was amazing, quality of work was off the charts, people were informative and friendly! My car looked better than when I purchased it off the used car lot! 10 STARS for quality and service!

I would not recommend this location. They are very passive aggressive here. I was in a collision with another vehicle and their insurance company was paying for the damages. At first they were saying it was only the cosmetic damage however there were struts that were damaged and needed replacement I had to file an extra claim with the insurance company just for them to do the work and make the vehicle how it was for the accident. I still have sensors that are not calibrated correctly. They called me on a Monday saying that my vehicle had been ready for a few days and they try to get a hold of me yet I didn't receive anything from them. Just overall rude people that work there

Caliber collision offers excellent customer service as well as excellent service. They kept me informed through out entire time of my vehicle being their. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

I dealt with Andrew for my repairs. He was friendly and explained things quite well. Kelly behind the desk was very kind and helpful as well. The gentleman who helped me when I picked up, as Andrew was off, was equally fabulous. The car was detailed wonderfully as well.
