The service and lack of attention to customers is amazingly bad at this Advance auto . Purchased some stuff online . Went to store to pick it. The desk marked pick up had no one servicing it . There was another customer waiting at the same desk before we arrived . We asked him is this the area for online picks. He said yes . We asked him is anyone helping him, and he said no . The 2 bald guys and one younger kid just ignored us for about a minute. They were helping other customers. But when we're they going to helped the people that ordered online ? My fiancee asked and they said we have to get inline . Why do they have a pickup desk and ignore it ? Why didn't they just tell us ? Why didn't they just say that they don't help anyone on the pick up line ? Really idiotic group of people w

Yesterday I went to this store, because I had issues with my battery, I was lucky my previous battery had 3 years warranty so I got a new battery for free... They found my record online and they placed in my vehicle too... Super happy with their service.

I'm impressed with the exceptional phone service from this location! Despite being a busy store, they quickly answered my calls and efficiently helped me find the right parts for my car. I was impressed by their prompt response and expertise in resolving my queries. It's clear that the management is doing a great job, as I visited the store and they had the part ready for me quickly.
