My check engine light turned on today and went over to auto zone and was helped by a Rolando. He was quick, helpful and through and gave me a report of what i need to do with my car! Staff is always helpful and courteous! Thank you, Rolando

This Tuesday, November 11, 2025, I had the worst experience in over 20 years of shopping at this AZ store in West Miami. Their manager, Gabriel, was awful. Even worse, he was dishonest during our phone conversation. Once in the store, it was even worse; he showed no interest whatsoever. On the contrary, when I told him I would contact the district manager, he pressured me even more to do so. The other employees weren't any help either. The sales rep came outside to see who I was, not to help. I think it's very hard to maintain a business, and then unprofessional people like this come and ruin what so much effort has taken with their bad attitude. Anyway, we have other options.
