I came in once Sunday afternoon after purchasing the wrong universal joint due to my own fault and spoke with Karen who helped me exchange for the right Universal joint. She was very helpful in finding me the correct part and was very direct and straightforward which I appreciate. Very kind but you can tell she doesn’t put up with BS. 10/10 service. I NEVER write reviews, but after the experience I had with Lance and Billy today, I just had to! My mom and I were traveling from SC to TX when it appeared that our alternator was going out. We limped it to Advance just when our battery died. And it was DEAD dead. Lance and Billy pulled all the stops to charge it back up and gave us recommendations for where to get it replaced. So friendly and accommodating, and didn’t try to sell us on anything. They went above and beyond and I am so grateful!

I just have to say, this place is like home. Everyone is so welcoming! They’re very knowledgeable about all our products! I would recommend the store to anyone! Best service ever!
