Been working with commercial parts for a little over a year now and they have been more then accommodating with getting any and all parts needed and always within a timely manner. Very professional and knowledgeable staff.

While working in the area, I had a need for a long pair of jumper wires. I was able to get in and out fairly quickly. The employee that helped me was nice. He directed me to where the spools of wire were (so I could make my own) and was able to get me out of the store and back to work in a timely manner. The store seemed clean and well organized. The price was reasonable. Although the area seems highly populated, I did not feel like I was in a bad area. It was a quick, in & out, effective visit... Thank you!

So my wife ordered brakes for her car by drop down the make model n year ordered the parts went to pick them up and the gentleman that picked the parts looks at them and says he checking the computer to make sure we have the stuff she picked, this is important because this is the moment he realized by looking at them the back shoes are for disk brakes not rotor like we have so he realizes she has the wrong ones double checked it in the computer to make sure it what she ordered!! Instead of telling her this are the wrong shoes he makes sure it’s what she ordered that’s the service you get her at Westfield!! Not only this but I call the store politely and someone answered mumbling something so politely I asked is this advanced auto he says how may I help you so I just wanted to make sure so
