My daughter was in there buying things for her car. Came out & her car wouldn't start. Went in to ask the guy if he could check her battery, he said it was to late for him to do that, it was 7:30, they don't close until 9pm! Pure laziness. Had to call AAA & have them come out. Ended up returning her purchase b/c I refuse to give them my business now.

Hi my name is Laura and I did this review because i was very disappointed with lady there she was very very rude. If you take a look at photo that was my item never used I bought and after 30 minutes i go there for return bu she said right away no. I asked exchange she said no and “have a good day “ I said i am not speaking with you! She said i am boss here. Any other thing you want to know let me know. I paid 40$ for that and i have here in my home.

Sent on a wild goose chase and came to this location twice with no help. Because they simply could not use the system they were provided. And was told I do not have a solution on giving you back your money. Was told I was to speak with a manager but the manager was too busy sitting in the back unable to help a customer. Meanwhile the prior night they were too busy getting high smoking weed outside to help me in the first place to get a refund. Absolutely no urgency for a solution simply dismissed it as not their problem. Thank you for the one in Livonia who could fix it less than 2 minutes. This place seriously needs to let go of the whole team fired.

Decent experience, nice clean store . Bought an alternator and checked my battery .

I love Advance Auto Parts in Westland I've been a customer since 2011. I really enjoyed the staff there Les,Aaron,Angie,Mark,Greg,Pat,Jeremy and that negro gentlemen are the best!!!!
