The Manager, Ab, and his colleague, Bob, provided outstanding customer service to me today! I needed to replace my battery under the warranty that I originally purchased as an online order. I did not know making an online order purchase would complicate the replacement process. Bob was both helpful and patient - going over and beyond - while assisting me in finding my order and purchase in the system. The Manager, Ab, simplified the battery replacement process to ensure I received my battery the same day! Thank you both for the phenomenal service with a smile!

Store manager is the man, everyone up front is courteous, professional, extremely knowledge and friendly. Will always be my to auto parts store. Commercial manager is also extremely nice and knowledgeable.
