Take 5 Oil Change

Some old guy came out in a brown coat and jeans with bottles of water I couldn't even tell if he worked there he told me that pumps where down he said i could wait or I could leave it didnt matter to him the fact they were only using one bay out of the three bay shop is ridiculous. How is that anyway to run a business. I dont understand why they just dont shutdown and get the problem fixed i sat there for 90 minutes before I decided to leave. I'm not going to trust any shop or person who cant keep there company running properly to work on my car. I went down the street to Valvoloine i was in and out in 20 minutes.

It's has always been a very speedy but accurate service. There are about 5 cars in our family and I bring them here for their oil change. You're typically greeted with a nice free ice cold water bottle. It's a small gesture but it's nice anyway, especially during summer. The techs there are very thorough and will try to suggest small quick fixes. Such as windshields, air filter(s), etc. However there has never been any pressure to purchase these items. Merely them informing you, you making the decision, and it being immediately respected. I've never experienced any pressure to nake a purchase. On top of that they accept readily available coupons and they also offer a 25% discount to all L.E. and F.R. Which is awesome! Pricing varies on oil/filter combo per vehicle, I'm guessing. There are

Guys are super nice. They give you water which I think is a nice touch. Doesn’t cost a lot, but shows that you care about your customers. They give veterans 25% off too! Overall, I always have a good experience.

This was my first time going somewhere other than my dealership for an oil change, and I am so glad I tried 5 Minute Oil Change! The whole team was fantastic, especially Jared and Jacklyn, who went above and beyond. I bought my truck new in 2022 and have always kept up with maintenance at the Chevy dealership yet somehow, my original air filter was never replaced. Jacklyn caught it immediately, showed me, and I was honestly horrified knowing my daughter has severe asthma and had been breathing through that old filter. They swapped it out on the spot and explained everything so clearly. From start to finish, I was in and out in under 7 minutes and that even included me chatting with Jared and Jacklyn during the add-on filter change. Logan and David were super helpful and personal with me. Outstanding service and good pricing. Reuben (i think) was incoherent and didn't speak well at all. Reached into my car window to open my door without asking? It seemed like the other employees were waiting on him to get back from break late. Other than that, Logan and David were great!!
