Advance Auto Parts

Helped me diagnose a problem while traveling they could not fix but helped me understand I just had to go to the dealer asap. Got to thedealer and fixed same day. Great trip and I always go to Advance first for help - this one has some great guys

Tammy was friendly and had my online order on the counter ready for me when I arrived. She asked if I had everything I needed and wished me a great day as I left.

Love the service that AAP provides and the love corporate gives to USA veterans!

Great service here. I was having windshield wiper issues and they were kind enough to make sure the blades marked for my cars were actually able to be fitted to each car. They actually put them on for me and made sure they worked. Awesome customer service thank you for the extra effort.

We've had a few negative experiences at this location in the past, but not this time. Ricky provided excellent service! I'll add that we had just stopped in at the neighboring competitors looking for an unusual retaining clip. Competitor "O" sent us to aisle 5B, but didn't bother to come help us even after we stood there looking for a workable item (or alternative). Competitor "A" sent us to aisle 6 and proceeded to ignore us. As soon as we walked in the door at Advance, Ricky was right on top of things! I'm so glad to see our Merrimac Trail location is improving!
